First of all, be sure that the program you want to join will give a guarantee. If not, they most likely do not have enough confidence in their own program.
While on the subject of a guarantee, make sure they will honor their guarantee. Before you accept the fact that they offer a guarantee, be sure that they make use of a third party to process their payments. If they do not have a third party processing their payments, they will have no guidelines and agreement terms to follow. This will leave you at their mercy. Companies that use pay processors like Paypal or AlertPay will have to follow a strict code of ethics as in the terms of agreement of these payment processors.
The point I am trying to make is that you need to be certain that if the program is not suitable for you, you will be able to get your money back. If so, it was good business. If not, it was a scam.
